Domestic Shipping within the USA

Orders placed Monday through Friday until 3PM (PT) will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders placed late Friday (after 3PM PT) -Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information will include tracking number which will be sent via email.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery: $7.00
Package arrives within 3-8 business days.
Express Delivery: $15.00
Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 pm (PT)
Rush Delivery: $30.00
Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 1 pm (PT).

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. At this time we do not offer free pre-paid return shipping.


International

We are currently shipping to select countries outside the USA. If your country is not on our list, please reach out to hello@superfrau.com.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and you will be provided with shipping options.

Important Notice: All international packages are subject to duties and taxes by the local customs authority. Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. The amount of duties, customs, and taxes are determined by the country. Superfrau does not collect duties and taxes during the order transaction process. Please check with the local carrier for duties and taxes.

If you refuse a shipment from Superfrau, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that are incurred upon delivery. These charges are not refunded to you.

Once an international package leaves the United States, you assume all tracking responsibilities. Please refer to your local mail provider with any questions.
