Returns

Return Policy

At Superfrau we strive to offer the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item with tags attached within 15 days of the date of purchase and we will provide you with a refund of the merchandise purchase prize less any applicable shipping charges.

Returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), in all their original packaging and with packing slip included. We will not accept returns after 15 days and returned items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Final Sale items cannot be returned. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return please e-mail us to hello@superfrau.com. You will be presented with your return options and further instructions will be provided to you.

Defective items
All our product are quality controlled at multiple steps in our manufacturing process. If you receive a defective product please reach out to hello@superfrau.com immediately and no later than 7 days after purchase, so we can process an exchange or issue a refund to you.
